Delivery Method
After activation processing, the QR code will be sent by email Processing time: within 10 minutes on average
For number transfer cases, the eSIM will only be issued after the MNP transfer registration is completed.
If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder first. If you still have not received it after more than 1 hour, please contact customer support.
QR codes cannot be reused. If deleted, reissuance is required.
